Yay, we found the kitty a home. Miss Lisa, from ballet, graciously agreed to take the kitty to her home. They have other cats & she thought this kitty would fit right in with their family. I can't tell you how relieved I am. As much as I loved him he just would NOT work in our house. Nope, no amount of hope would've made it ok with our cats. So, now Callie essentially hates me (she spent lots of time crying) but it's for the best ... for everyone! A few final pictures.

Cute kitty!

Lisa is a very lucky lady to get such a beautiful kitten. I don't blame Callie for being sad to see him go. :(
Oh so sad. He will be loved.
It's hard for kids but at least she'll be able to visit him and you found a nice home where you know the owner.
*SOBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBBB* That's the saddest thing I think I've read...today. I was really hoping you could convince the other cats to let the pretty kitty stay. Oh well. I hope Lisa enjoys the kitty and will let Callie come for several visits. The poor, broken-hearted child.
