Callie is a VERY lucky girl! She received lots of wonderful presents for her birthday. The "big" gifts are things she has wanted for a LONG time and I'd say they were definitely worth the wait!!!

So, when my mom was here last month she & Callie talked, in great detail, about the many things Callie wanted for her birthday, Christmas, Mondays, etc. Throughout their many conversations my mom picked up on her not so subtle hints that she wanted an American Girl doll quite desperately. She decided that she should get Callie one for her birthday. I'm not sure there's any way to express her joy at this gift. So, check out the pictures AND video below!
We went to dinner with Sharon, Gord & family to celebrate Callie's birthday. We had a great time & were fully stuffed when we left.

I know not of American Girl stuffs. We don't do that sort of stuff at our house. I do understand it's a big deal with the female population though. *sigh* I can talk your arm off about Call of Duty 4...
