Lighted Christmas Parade

For the first time Callie's ballet studio was in the lighted Christmas parade. To say it was cold is a major understatement but it wasn't snowing, so at least that was good. I tried to talk Callie out of it but there was no keeping her away. Callie was pleased as punch to be able to sit by Oskar on the float! Oh yeah, it's the little things in life that make a difference.

We had people over and our intention was to see the parade, however it was cold...and I "forgot" about it!

Yay! for Oskar! :)

Ok, if you had the chance to be on a float, in a parade, with your "special friend," would your mother have been able to talk you out of it? I'm sure the kids didn't even notice the cold as much as the parents did. Kids are crazy like that. LOL

I enjoyed seeing the Christmas parade pictures since I watched it on the webcam. Callie looks all happy and toasty for it to be so cold!
