It has barely been a month since we lost Nalu & inexplicably we are doing it again, only this time we are saying good-bye to Samson. His kidneys are failing him & he's not doing well at all. He was fine ... but took a sudden turn this week. I knew he wasn't acting like himself ... talking constantly (seriously), following us around, eating tons and tons of food and being an all-around, in your-face-kind-of-kitty ... but I just couldn't have imagined we'd be facing the loss of another cat so soon after Nalu (6 weeks ago). There is NO way to accurately describe the companion that Samson has been over the years. Let's just say he's always been there ... and I can't imagine him NOT being there now.

I will miss Sampson.
He was certainly my favorite of all of your cats and he always came to say hi to me when I visited.
Hopefully he is now in peace.
I am very sad to hear about Sampson...he was such a beautiful cat and I've always enjoyed visiting him every time I'm there.
